This policy explains how DIANLIANG (HK) TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("DLTECH", "we", "us" or "our") handles information through dltechapp.com and our proprietary internal advertising operations and analytics platform.
Information we process
Depending on the service being used, we may process:
- Business contact information voluntarily provided to us.
- Technical and security information required to operate and protect our website and systems.
- Google Ads account identifiers, campaign settings, assets and performance data authorized through Google OAuth 2.0.
- Internal access, change and audit records used to protect the platform.
- Internally authorized app monetization data used to evaluate ROI and ROAS.
How we use Google user data
We use authorized Google Ads data to generate internal campaign reports, analyze spend and performance, manage budgets and bids, apply approved creative assets and support automated rules for mobile products owned or operated by DLTECH. The platform is available only to authorized internal users and is not a public or client-facing service.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Ads data for unrelated profiling and we do not sell it.
Sharing and disclosure
Google Ads data is not shared with external clients or advertising data brokers. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers that support secure infrastructure under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users or systems.
Security and retention
We use role-based access, encrypted transmission, logging and other reasonable safeguards designed to protect advertising data. We retain information only as long as necessary for internal advertising operations and applicable legal, accounting or security obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal retention procedures.
Your choices
An authorized user can revoke application access in their Google Account permissions. You may also request access, correction or deletion by following our Data Deletion instructions.
